Students Accommodation:
There are few free hostel accommodations available on sharing basis (its all filled) on first come first serve basis for those who have registered. There will be a free shuttle service to/from the conference venue. To avail this facility, submit this google form google form with a copy of your registration receipt.
There are limited hostel rooms available. The requests will be entertained on first-cum-first-serve basis until the rooms are filled.
Best Poster Awards:
- Three poster presentations will be awarded
- Additionally, in collaboration with GIPWG IPA, one best poster award will be granted for the abstract in which the first author and presenting is a women

- First Runner-up: ₹6,000 + Springer Vouchers
- Second Runner-up: ₹4,000 + Springer Vouchers

- Winner: ₹10,000 + Springer Vouchers

Registration fee waiver award:
Registration fee waiver award is available for two best abstracts in which the first author and presenting author has to be a master student. Awardees will also be provided free hostel accommodation for the conference period. To apply for this award, please submit the google form.
Deadline to apply for this award is August 10, 2024 August 15, 2024 23:59 hrs. Notification will be sent by August 20, 2024 August 30, 2024.
